Frequently asked questions.
Body Contouring FAQs
How many sessions will I need?
Most clients need 6–8 sessions (1–2 per week) for optimal fat reduction.
Is it painful?
Most describe it as a warm massage. Radiofrequency (RF) may feel like a hot stone treatment.
When will I see results?
You may notice initial tightening within 2 weeks; full results appear by 12 weeks as collagen rebuilds.
Contraindications: Pregnancy or nursing, pacemakers, active cancer, BMI over 30, liver/kidney disease.
Hijama (Cupping)
What’s the difference between dry and wet cupping?
Dry cupping improves circulation; wet cupping includes small incisions to draw out toxins.
How often should I get it?
Every 4–6 weeks for maintenance; 2–3 times/month for acute issues.
Do the bruises hurt?
No — they’re painless, but we recommend avoiding sun exposure for 48 hours post-treatment.
Contraindications: Blood thinners, hemophilia, severe anemia, open wounds.
BHRT for Women FAQs
How soon will I feel better?
Many women notice improved energy and sleep within 3–4 weeks; full benefits typically appear within 3 months.
Are bioidentical hormones safe?
Yes — when properly monitored by a licensed provider, they are considered safer than synthetic hormones (Mayo Clinic, 2023).
Will it cause weight gain?
No — properly dosed BHRT can actually improve metabolism and reduce fat retention.
Contraindications: Estrogen-sensitive cancers, uncontrolled hypertension, history of blood clots.
Metabolic Reset
Can I do this while on medications?
Yes! We’ll customize your plan to work alongside your current prescriptions (including diabetes-friendly options).
Are the recipes gluten- and dairy-free?
All meal plans can be adapted for allergies or food sensitivities.
Is exercise required?
No — but gentle movement is encouraged to support digestion and results.
Contraindications: Active eating disorders, late-stage cirrhosis.
Chronic Disease Management
Will this replace my doctor?
No — we collaborate with your existing providers (e.g., sharing glucose logs or labs).
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes — and we also support lifestyle changes that may reduce the need for long-term medication use.
How often are check-ins?
Weekly for the first month, then biweekly as your condition stabilizes.
Contraindications: Unstable angina, recent stroke, dialysis dependence.
